Portola Hills is located in the heart of South Orange County, and is a Planned unit Development consisting of 607 homes located in the Trabuco Canyon area. The community was built in the late 1980's with a beautiful recreation center consisting of a rental room, gym, pool, wading pool and spa. The community has 2 tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court and a tot lot.
