Company Vision to apply even greater efforts to our customer service!

With the ever changing technology platforms, we are going to add another service feature to make transactions easier by just the click of a button!  Our new system will allow homeowners to “explain features”.  Our second new feature is the implementation of an online payables program that will provide for more security, no more paper-checks and checks to be signed, returned and distributed electronically.  The benefits of this new feature is “explain benefits”.

2014 was a year to welcome many more customers to the Crummack Huseby family of communities.  We’d like to welcome Village Cottages, Montecina, (list all new communities).  We look forward to helping you all achieve your goals in 2015 and beyond!

We also welcomed many new team members and we’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to them! 

In an effort to understand how we are doing and keep a pulse on programs our boards would like to see, we recently issued the first survey for 2015 to seek feedback on how we are doing and how we can continually improve our services to meet customer needs.  This survey brings invaluable information to our team to help the board’s and communities we serve.  We are excited to see the results and how we can help align our team to help yours.

With the New Year upon us, as we have many company goals, we also have personal one’s as well.  We have embarked upon a team adventure called 2015 steps in 2015.  Our team is going to endeavor to walk, run, ride bicycles and just generally get moving!  So, the gantlet has been layed!  So far our team has pounded out (# of hours) in January alone!  As we know we are all pretty motivated in January, but let’s keep the momentum going all throughout the 2015!!

To that end, we thought we’d also help lend some thoughts on ways you can achieve your goals in 2015!  We’ve included some tips that we hope are helpful to you in the coming year.
