What does it mean to win (again)? 

I can’t help but feel incredibly blessed to have been chosen for this award. It was an absolute honor to even be nominated and winning motivates me to continue working hard and to keep striving for more!

How has CH have given you the tools to feel respected among your peers? 

CH has provided me with so many amazing opportunities and learning experiences. Not only has CH supported my continuing education, CAI involvement and growth as an individual, the Executive Team and Directors consistently take the time to work one on one with us and I think that makes a difference!

Who would you like to dedicate your award to? 

The team at CH!  This award is not just about me and my skills, this is about the team I am surrounded with!   Extra special shout out to Courtney, my supervisor, for teaching me everything she knows and to Arielle and Melissa for giving the extra support to all the communities I manage!
