February 27, 2019 MARGO CRUMMACK, CCAM, PCAM | CO-FOUNDER, CO-PRINCIPAL, CEO Education
If you feel like you’d like to be more passionate about your job, it might help to look at the larger picture and understand how your work positively impacts your customers, vendors, and co-workers.
As co-partner at Crummack Huseby, this principle is one I start with every day and throughout the day. “Bringing it” also means giving it your best under every circumstance and in every interaction with co-workers, homeowners, vendors, and Board members. It’s about being positive and having a passion for what you do while being fully engaged. You truly can’t successfully get things done without approaching every task with energy, focus, purpose, and enthusiasm.
My thought on this principle is to keep focused on why we are here, what our purpose is and how to best serve our clients. In doing so, it's also important to help each other when we struggle with keeping on track to bring it every day. I’ve seen some people “bring it” with a purpose and it can be contagious, inspiring those around them to do the same! We create an environment of growth and part of that is knowing when you must lead and when you must follow. It’s a give and takes, but we all get ahead together.
There are constant challenges in business, and I recognize the importance of trying to bring my best to Crummack Huseby and those I interact with every day. Some days it is second nature, and other days it takes a reminder to come with passion and purpose. Even though this company and career is my passion, there are days feel more challenging to sustain the energy and focus needed to bring it and to keep the organization moving forward. I cut myself some slack knowing we all have off days and tomorrow is a fresh start.
As Crummack Huseby changes and evolves, I want to thank our talented team for Bringing it Every Day and working together to help us all get to the next level as individuals and for the company. With all of us approaching our careers with passion, energy, focus, purpose, and enthusiasm, we have proven that we can adapt and continue being unstoppable!
Bring it.
