This is an opportunity to work through actual issues facing your community, using the recommendations and life experiences of other community  members, as well as a panel of industry experts in the fields of management, law, accounting, reserve studies, and insurance.

Learn techniques to work more effectively with other board members, as well as learning new ways to communicate with homeowners.

Many community associations are dealing with financial issues, political challenges, HOA board member personality issues, apathy, and leadership issues. This workshop provides you with an opportunity to work through these common issues, along with other issues that you and your HOA may uniquely be dealing with.
