How did you first learn about Crummack Huseby?
When I was first introduced to New Development Management, Crummack Huseby was always at the top of everyone’s list for companies to meet with.

What is your role at Crummack Huseby?
I am a Senior Community Manager working with both new development and existing accounts. I also assist with the charity involvements of the company and try to be the cheerleader for my co-workers…woohoo!!

How long have you been with the company?
Since June 2014.

What advice do you have for prospective Crummack Huseby candidates?
Candidates must have the ability to work hard and be eager to learn while keeping a sense of humor. It is also important to enjoy what you are doing and understand that not every day will be full of sunshine but you’ll have co-workers to lift you back up or bring you coffee, or chocolate…or both!

What are your greatest accomplishments so far?
It is learning so much about New Development in such a short amount of time.

What is your proudest moment at Crummack Huseby?
Learning that we won a new account from my hard work with a client.

What have you gained from working at Crummack Huseby?
My knowledge of the industry as well as a new found respect for the beginnings of a new community.

What are three words to describe Crummack Huseby?
Dedicated. Heartfelt. Awesome.

What do you find most challenging at Crummack Huseby?
We work with homeowners who are very invested in the purchase of their home. We must make sure we are serving them to the best of our abilities and meet their expectations on a daily basis.  

What drew you to Crummack Huseby originally? How has Crummack Huseby changed since?
I immediately felt like this was a company where I belonged. Margo and Sandy were welcoming, open, and honest. I sensed that they had so much passion for their company and employees. The company has added so much talent and depth of knowledge that we are a force to be reckoned with! I am so happy to be a part of this team!

If Hollywood wrote a movie about your life, who would play you?
Everyone says I look like Melissa Joan Hart but Reese Witherspoon would be spectacular!
